Senior Game Producer (Hybrid. Buenos Aires)

Nimble Giant Entertainment is looking for a full-time Game Producer to join our growing development team under a hybrid work model.
In this role, you’ll support one or more multidisciplinary teams (design, art, engineering, audio, QA) ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with project goals.
You’ll be responsible for planning, tracking, and delivering milestones while fostering communication, removing blockers, and helping teams stay focused and empowered to build great gameplay experiences.

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations for one or more development teams, facilitating communication across Design, Art, Engineering, and QA.
Plan, track, and manage production schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
Maintain and monitor sprint boards, task breakdowns, and resource allocations to ensure commitments are met.
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and process issues early, proactively proposing solutions and driving follow-up.
Work closely with Leads and Directors to support prioritization, scope management, and production forecasting.
Ensure deliverables meet project quality expectations and align with the overall vision.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate with external partners or outsourcing vendors when required.
Keep production documentation up to date and accessible across teams (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Report progress, team health, and production status to stakeholders in a clear and structured way.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive environment across multidisciplinary groups.
Requirements
Advanced English proficiency (spoken & written).
3+ years of experience in a production or project management role within the video game industry.
Experience managing multidisciplinary development workflows (design, art, engineering, QA).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development cycles.
Proficiency with production tools such as Jira, Confluence, ShotGrid, Trello, or similar.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to follow submissions through a full pipeline (from planning to delivery).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid or remote environments.
Nice to Have
Experience contributing to AAA or large-scale game development projects.
Familiarity with Unreal Engine workflows, content pipelines, and version control tools (Perforce, Git, etc.).
Experience managing external vendors, freelancers, or outsourcing pipelines.
Knowledge of game development processes across multiple disciplines (design, build engineering, live ops, content, QA).
Background or formal training in project management (Scrum Master, PMP, etc.).
Passion for game production, player experience, and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
